Privacy Policy

In the following privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We only collect and process personal data on the basis of the legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

As soon as you access or visit our website as a user, your IP address, start and end of the session are recorded. This is for technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR.

Contact us

If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you send to us will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request or in the event of further follow-up questions. Your transmitted data will not be passed on without your consent.

Data storage

To facilitate the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner in cookies, as well as name, address, means of payment, email address/contact details. The following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract:

Email, address, name.

The data you provide is required to fulfil the contract and to carry out pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The data collected will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us, which is responsible for delivering the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.

If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period has expired (7 years). The transmitted name, address, goods purchased and date of purchase will also be stored until the product liability period has expired (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use Brevo as our marketing platform. By submitting the form, you agree that the personal information you provide will be transferred to Brevo for processing in accordance with Brevo's privacy policy

If you use the option to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and your consent/declaration of consent to receive the newsletter are required. After registering for our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription at any time. In the event of cancellation, your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch will be deleted by us immediately. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the revocation, which occurred due to the consent, is not affected.
